For a full refund or store credit, please return your products to us within 30 days of when you receive them. Please note, we do not refund the postage on return shipping.
We want you to be happy.
It's not enough to see a picture -- when you buy something
on the Web, you never really know if it's what you want until you hold it
in your hands. We understand! When you receive your order, check it out, try it on, and decide for yourself. Take your time -- you've got a month to return it to us. We just want one thing.
Are You Happy?
If you don't like what we sent you, we'll issue you a refund, replacement (when possible), or store credit -- your choice. Here's how:
Our Return Policy
You have 30 days to return your merchandise for a refund or exchange. Return products in original condition,
which means no worn or washed clothing and no opened videos or cds (original shrink wrap must be in place.) We'd appreciate it if you could include a note saying why you're returning your order so we can improve our products and services.
But no explanation is necessary. Any reason that's good enough for you is good enough for us.
Processing Time
Please allow 2 weeks for processing your return. Customer Support will call or email to let you know when your exchange or refund has been processed.
Damaged or Defective Items: Please contact us right away! DO NOT return damaged or defective merchandise without contacting us. You do have 60 days to notify us about damaged or defective merchandise, but we do like hearing from you as soon as possible! Defective media such as videos, CDs, and tapes may be returned for replacement of the product only.
Exchanges: When you make an exchange, we refund you for the item being returned and then charge you for the item being shipped in exchange when that item is shipped. If your item was orignally on sale but is not on sale when you make your exchange, we may not be able to honor the original sale price. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us before returning your item.
Opened Media: We do not give refunds on any opened media, regardless of whether it is defective or not. If is IS defective, we will replace it with another copy, as stated above.
Other Restrictions: We cannot accept returns on undergarments or large, specialty orders.
We do recommend that you return products to us insured. The United States Postal Service will insure your package to guard against loss. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't make it to us, we can't give you a refund.
For returns on StandUps, freight costs must be paid for by the customer, and we cannot reimburse this cost as we do with other returns.
