Help Placing an Order

Once you've found the products you want, you'll need to select the Order button next to the product. If the product has a size or color attribute, you will need to select the size and color that you want for the product. If you do not choose a size or color, when there are such choices, the store will tell you that you must choose.

Once you've selected a product for ordering, the product and price will be listed in your shopping cart, which can be accessed by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" tab.

When you're finished shopping, and you have all the products you want listed in your shopping cart, select the Place Order button at the bottom of your shopping cart. You'll be asked to sign in and provide relevant ordering information. If you're already registered with us, you can simply type your name and password and have much of the necessary ordering information filled out for you automatically.

If you're concerned about giving us your personal information or providing a credit card number, we would like to reassure you that we take your privacy very seriously and are committed to providing a secure web site where it's safe to use your credit card.

Help Getting Around the Store

The top of the site is the navigation menu. The breadcrumb trail shows you where you are and where you've been, if you've done some travelling around in our store. If you want to get back to the top level at any time, just click "Main" to return to the top of the store.

As you navigate around the site, you'll come across lists of products, which will appear in the main area of the store. Selecting any product will give you a more detailed view and description of that product. To order, click on the order button. Remember to select a size and/or color! Of course, any time you need help or more information, simply select Help.
